Mid term rentals general conditions
- The maximum lease agreement is 10 months.
- Half payment for the stay must be made prior to check-in.
- The monthly price includes water and electricity (up to 50€/month, together), free wifi and cable tv.
- The monthly price also includes biweekly cleaning, with change of sheets and towels.
- Access by code is provided for the lease period.
- Tourism tax must be paid at check-in time.
- For non-portuguese guests, information for SEF (Portuguese Foreign and Borders Agency) must be collected at check-in time.
- The guest must provide an ID card/passport to fill the SEF form and the invoice.
- The guest must also provide a contact phone number.
